The system is similar to the Dutch iDEAL payment system, MyBank payment system, and the Interact Online service in Canada. Giropay is owned by Giropay GmbH.

How does Giropay Work?

The customer selects their bank from the list of participating banks. After selecting the bank, the customer logs in to the banking environment. In the online banking environment, the customer reviews the prefilled payment details. if all the information is correct the customer authorized the payment. After the authorization, the customer will receive a confirmation and the product will be sent.

Paying with CASH ON DELIVERY

If you choose cash on delivery, you can pay the remaining funds to the courier of your package. Please keep in mind that the remaining funds should be the exact amount because the couriers can’t refund.
However, if you choose cash on delivery, we are obligated to invoice the expenses of € 20,00 to the shipping agent.
If the total amount of the order exceeds the limit of € 1500,- we are sorry to say that we aren’t able to offer our cash-on-delivery service.
