All our products have 12 months warranty (unless otherwise mentioned in the product information).
PLEASE TEST AND CHECK THE PRODUCT THOROUGHLY BEFORE YOU INSTALL IT FOR REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS.
What is not covered under warranty?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept the product under warranty conditions in the following cases:
For Replacement products:
- Without our stamp or labels.
- The Flex wrongly folded.
- Damaged by the wrong manipulation.
- LCD not working/broken.
Other products:
- The package has been opened.
- The product has been used.
- One part was missed.
What if the package is damaged during transport?
Please refuse the package; if you accept it, you have 24 hours to contact us for a return authorization.
Wrong parts received?
Please inform us within 24 hours after receiving the package.
RMA PROCEDURE
- You have to fill the below form completely (For each product need to fill it again).
- Print the form and add it to the return box.
- Send the product back.
- Our team will receive your request and follow up with you.
- Once the product is received and approved, you will receive a credit note (if necessary) you should order the product again.
